The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was awesome--a lot of options, probably one of the best I've seen in this part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

On my experience at Renaissance hotel: Everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out (including the reception employees, the Bahar restaurant food and employees, the room cleaning service and the SPA). wherever you go people were smiling and willing to help (which is plus plus)

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

I loved my stay at Renaissance. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!

The hotel is located in a very central part of Gulshan, very convenient if you are just moving around that area. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no bathtub but the twin room. The highlight was the staff - they were so helpful and attentive, they made the whole stay really enjoyable.

Location , staff, and , breakfast buffet and rooms. And although the road is very noisy I could not hear the hustle and bustle in my room.

Stay was excellent and the staff GROs Tanjim and Simran were fantastic. They made our stay comfortable and we're so understanding to our request. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. Outstanding service.

Breakfast was amazing, fully buffet and more. Nice that staff brought tea/coffee, all very helpful. Same at the main entrance, all porters etc extremely helpful/friendly.

staff was one of the best I have ever seen. they were around all the way round and they never let me down when I requested anything even at 3am in the morning.
